Dana is responsible for setting the strategic direction of BusinessOne, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, and fostering new partnership arrangements with clients and vendors. She is a visionary in creating sustainable success through the use of proprietary methodologies that align corporate strategy, investment, people and business functions. 

Dana began her career with Deloitte, helping Fortune 500 clients plan and implement large scale change and improvement. Since establishing her own company, she has served numerous clients and vendors, on major change initiatives to implement solutions and frameworks which enable corporate sustainability.

Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Post Graduate Certificate in International Marketing. She is Kaplan & Norton Balanced Scorecard Certified, a Project Management Professional, certified in Prosci ADKAR’s Change Management Methodology and is trained in SEI CMMI v1.2. She is an active member of several associations and is also the first choice for expert opinion on Customer Relationship Management Strategies and solutions.

Darwin is a business author, consultant, executive coach and international speaker on strategies for building competitive advantage and sustainable success. He has pioneered in the field of strategic planning and the leadership of knowledge-based businesses. He provides consulting and executive coaching for leaders of multi-national corporations as well as smaller businesses, helping them inspire their organizations and lead them to new heights of capability and performance.

Darwin holds a BA in economics from Yale and an MBA from the U. of Chicago. He is author of NOBLE ENTERPRISE: The Commonsense Guide to Uplifting People and Profits (2008 Cosimo Books) and numerous articles on leadership. He speaks internationally, and lectures at several leading business schools.
